To clarify re: shipping
Hi all
I've sold quite a few things since t he shipping changes took effect (having each city listed etc)
Normally I select "New Zealand" and put in the shipping price,
However, quite a few buyers have won auctions and have not paid shipping, and have said that my listings say "free shipping in Auckland" etc. I'm sure that I'm missing something - what have I done wrong? Or do I really have to select each city and put the price in. What's the best way to do it? Not my products, please......

Kia ora zintellian, I've had a quick look, the ones I've seen have Pick up from Auckland City - Free, and Combined shipping - Free, as well as prices for NZ Urban. If you contact the team with the listing numbers for the ones the buyers have said shipping was showing as 'Free', the team can take a look at the shipping options and help you get sorted.

Thanks! I really think it's the buyers not reading it properly and chosing the free option, thinking it's free shipping
It's happened several times
appreciate your help!

That was a problem I had a few years ago, buyers selecting $0.00 Combining thinking it was free shipping, as showed as free in E-Mails etc.so had to add seller to confirm cost, to confirm it was not going to be free, it helped, no excuses after that,

Yes, there are triers out there, even though shipping was shown on auctions for different regions, they were selecting just combining, as shows as free shipping on won auctions and E-Mails, instead of combining, as I do not have free shipping,

There was also quite a time ago a TM glitch that occasionally showed free shipping to buyers when no free shipping was mentioned at all in the shipping options. Not sure if this is a continuation of that, or a seperate issue/ cause
