Is this a Trade Me generated message? Or a generic message on your device or browser? 

If you can grab screenshots, it can help with diagnosing it.

Ah yes! Now I see that I have seen it from time to time. 

I think it just pops up if there are background tasks that are taking their time? 

From memory I don't have to do anything and it just clears by itself after a couple of seconds and doesn't affect whatever I was doing. I don't think I ever needed to hit reload

I notice you are on firefox, as am I. So could be something specific to that browser.

yes, just ignore it is the best thing to do I guess. I also wonder if Adblock+ has anything to do with it. If so I will live with it! Cheers.
