Hello lvlover11
Have you contacted Trade Me or not? You mention that "nobody will get back to me" so does that mean you already contacted them and you don't have a reply yet?
If not you can contact Trade Me at the bottom of any page, including this one. The Contact Us link is there at the bottom right of the screen.
If this was your first Ping sale. Trade Me might first make a 1c deposit to your account to make sure everything is good.

Kia Ora lvlover11,
Did you do a Manual Transfer out or an Automatic Transfer out?
The .1cent deposited into your nominated Bank account confirms to TradeMe they have the correct Bank account, if you selected the automatic transfer out there is nothing further you need to do unless you receive an email from TradeMe requesting verification, I understand you haven't received an email therefore your full funds should follow that .1cent deposit within 1 - 2 days.If you selected a Manual transfer out, once you see that 1.cent in your Bank account select the transfer out once more to release the funds. Both manual & auto transfers leave Ping accounts in batch runs approx. 2:45pm everyday - any transfers requested and Ping payments made after 2:45pm will go out in the batch run the following day after which it is up to your Banks processing times for the funds to land in your Bank account. As it's just been the long weekend for Matariki the funds may've gone through with the batch run at approx. 2:45pm today if you selected the automatic transfer option. This is a one off .1cent deposit as your account is being setup for the first time, future transfers should be seamless.Don't send any further emails via the chat bot, as you have sent 12 you may delay a response time as each fresh email maybe cancelling out the previous ones sent. - Cheers.0 -
Ok I did a manual transfer out and u have sent the 1c to my account twice so far , its been 5 days and still nothing in my acc , I had to refund the other buyers but the air dresser buyer has the item already and iv not been paid for it ,, are u holding it and not releasing it to me ?
I got a verification email so I sent my id altho was diff to the name on the account cause was my partners acc so I changed the name etc on acc , i sent my id etc and gave bank account. I have one bank account with mine and both my sons accounts attatched , does the bank account need to match my name !?
Either way the buyer now has my 900 item and it’s only fair that I get paid for it ??
Why won’t Trademe contact me about it0 -

Kia Ora lvlover11,
As this was a manual transfer out, now you see the .1cent in your Bank account (twice) go back through to select the transfer out again to release the funds, this is normal for first time manual transfer out's as it's setting the account up for the first time. - There is a complication in your name not matching the account Yes!, that's why you were asked for ID. - If you select 'My Requests' at the Top Right of your Post page your email correspondence will show a subject line with the status at the end which tells you where your email request is at. - You will be responded to by a staff member and paid the full funds once your verification has passed and you release the funds. - The subject line status's are as below...

As it's just been a 3 day long weekend this factor may have also added to the delay of the verification passing and receiving a response from staff. - Keep your eye on your emails there incase further information is requested. - Select the transfer out again to release the funds. - Cheers.
