1 week old rental listing is now not getting any applicants
Hi there, I put up a rental listing. On the first day, I got quite a few applicants, and after three days I’ve had none since. It cost $300 to list so I don’t want to pay that again. How do I get people to apply again when it must be further down the list?

Hello aunt_mabel
Sometimes you will get a flush of initial enquiries from people who have email notifications set up for properties in the area.
Then it will tail off as those people view and discount your property.
I can confirm it is showing and on the website. Nothing else you can do really. If it were me, I might try for a more attractive main landing photo. Have you researched others in the area to make sure your price is on the mark? Also do the usual stuff like check spam to make sure emails aren't being filtered.

Thanks Callum, I’m aware the photos aren’t great- but that was all I had as I can’t take photos again until the tenants leave. I was hoping there was a way to boost the listing again once I finally get access to the house again?

Kia Ora aunt_mabel,
Yes! when you Relist your Rental you have the option to use a free Basic Listing or choose to boost the Listing at a reduced fee. - You can find these rates through the Property fees Help file - All the Best.
