extend list of items I won to beyond 30 days

Currently the New Look site is programed to the limit of 30 days for won items. - If you go to the Bottom of the page and select 'Desktop site'  in very fine print this will take you to your 'Account Details' page, selecting 'Won' from the Left hand side banner menu may take you back to the original old Desktop site which gives you your won items as far back as 45 days. - This has never gone back as far as 60 days, to view listings between 45 - 60 days we have to run a search through the Refined Tab - 'Expired Listings' & search by listing number or partial listing title to pull up any listings.

You can use the 'Tell us what you think' link near the bottom of most Buy/Sell pages & your Won page specifically to let the Team know you want to be able to have an extended view of Listings in your won items. 

You can view all of your Transactions paid by Ping through your Ping Transactions - My TradeMe > Scroll down your Account Details page to select 'Manage Ping' > Scroll down to select 'All transactions' - this gives you receipt details, not the Listing page.

You can view and export your Afterpay Transactions for the last 60 days through My TradeMe > Scroll down to 'My Balances' to select View Afterpay statement.

If you need to view any listings which you can't find beyond this you can 'Request an account summary' from the company however information is limited in what they provide, the Description, Photo's & Contact details of other Members isn't provided. - If you need the Listing details &/Or photo's for a specific reason you would need to contact a staff member to discuss this.

This is a huge concern for all Members and one the company are aware of - priority needs to be put on resolving this issue.

Transactions can be located through Ping & Afterpay payment methods.
