Success fee on postage for in trade sellers
Hi. I sell relatively low price items. The shipping is usually more than the the value of the item. So the success fee and ping fee makes it not a great deal for me. Does anyone else have this problem and are there any solutions. Cheers

Yes, every in-trade seller faces the same issue.
The only solution is to build in the fees to your selling price.
However if you can make it to Top Seller status, you get a discount which can help offset the fees.

Ping fees include shipping applied to all transactions for all Sellers, both In-Trade & Casual since the new changes came in on 10 March 2026.

Ping payments also take a cut so be mindful of that too.
Not so clear unfortunately until going through further processes, however that option of payment can be reversed if you prefer or use cash payment systems.
