Using the new site with the new KP reference numbers, how does one notify Trademe with an issue with a trade? I can't see any other options other than placing feedback? If I switch to desktop view it doesn't show in my won items. The UI is not very friendly.

Hello spud1991 You're correct. There is no link to open a Dispute directly from your won page for these items. I'm guessing that's what you want to do?

Instead you have to go to the File a Dispute page (Use the search bar above) and follow the links from there. It should pre-populate the form that appears with all your latest won items. You select the one you have a problem with from there. I can't post the link directly as that makes my post go into pending mode.

Won Listings aren't accessible through the pre-populated list until day 4 of the Listing first closing. - All the Best.
