Success Fees coming out today
AnsweredHello there, anyone else charged with success fees today?
I am not an in-trade seller, but I was just upgraded to top seller, could that be the reason?
If that's the reason, I don't want to be a top seller. Why was I charged a success fee today?
Let me guess - something to do with the new/old system bugs......

I think, because I orginally listed this on the 'old' platform, it just went ahead and took the success fee like in the old days. There are two trade mes it seems, running alongside each other in this frustrating world. i jsut went ahead and requested refund as per the old ways and it was instantly granted. Will I have to do this each time and old listing sells, I wonder.

If you check your Profile page or any of your Listings on your Casual account this will show you what status has been applied to your account by the company besides the Top Seller badge. - If this is in error you can contact a staff member direct to discuss the issue by selecting the blue speech icon bottom right of your screen. - All the Best.

This is happening to a lot of Members currently, there must be a sweep going through checking for In-Trade however once you've had your chat with staff and regain your Casual status back there shouldn't be any Success fees charged between Listings on the old or the new system sales.

Yeah, cheers - i had that chat with them a week ago. All was well until today when it seems to have reverted back. Have sent a new message.

There isn't a bug here with this one,
This isn't a roll out in it's final stage, the company are gradually rolling out upgrades to some of the systems which run the site, there are some bugs & missing features yes, where something is missing that you'd like to see back and where something isn't working for you, you can search through the community Help pages for like issues which may already contain temporary workarounds, if not you can Post a question to ask as many community members may be able to offer assistance, you can also give feedback through the 'Tell us what you think' pop up link on the New Look Desktop site near the bottom of most pages, these go direct to the tech team who are responsible for enhancements therefore if you report from the page you're on when viewing a missing feature you'd like back or have an issue with the process the report will go direct to the correct team, not passed through second hand. - You can read further on the upgrade process through the link below...
