non paying buyers
AnsweredHi all, i see that the sellers are now don't have a leg to stand on when buyers chose not to pay for your items that they buy. I sold a couple of items & the listing fee was $19 for each but both times buyers chose not to go through with the sale. one hit the buynow & one was an auction so they knew what they were buying. no refund on the listing fee.

Kia Ora dannyh1,
Sorry to read you've been left in Limbo with both those sales,
Has it been over 7 days since the Listings closed? - The company allow 2 days for contact though 7 days for payment.
Once you've surpassed those 2 days of No contact you can file a report for assistance from TradeMe in reaching out to your Buyer to remind them of their obligation to complete the Trade.
Are you able to relist?
TradeMe should be able to help you with any Listing fees so you only pay once for the Listing, and it's also worth reporting the Members, the company note the accounts & monitor trading behaviour coming forward. - Cheers.

Don't forget to also put those "buyers" on your blacklist so they cant do this again.

Did either buyer contact you?
See all the posts in here where emails are going into junk mail and we are all having this problem.
It's likely Software and Telecommunications network failures, a little like Beta testing of MS 2 in 1987 and sharemarket crash the same week - a serious failure of service by those selling junk systems that don't function for a wide number of reasons.
