Your Listing shipping prices look very clear to me, I would email your Buyer with a screenshot of these, highlighting the correct shipping & request the balance of shipping cost or a local address to send the item to stating the item can't be sent until you receive either. - Cheers.

Yes, I get this fairly often. When you have a stack of shipping options and especially if the buyer is purchasing via buynow this mistake can get made if they're in a hurry or new.
Basically they're just clicking the first option on the list. It does take an extra click or tap to expand it and see all the options, which some people miss. Sometimes I think Trade Me need to make this clearer.
As S says, an email to the buyer usually sorts it out.

For a Buyer placing a bid on Listings the full shipping options come up to select when the bid is placed - perhaps this should be applied to the Buy Now Listings - No more mistakes 😊

The buyer has acknowledged an error, but I’m surprised the tool allows the purchaser to select the wrong option.

Agreed S. The options when bidding are far clearer. And it would add consistency if they looked the same across bidding and buynow. But hey, as Forrest Gump once said "Life is like a box of chocolates." You never really know what you are gonna get when you click on a page atm.
