Unexpected delays due to seller
AnsweredI’ve purchased a product from someone however they’ve just emailed me to say there will be a one week delay in picking up the product as they are currently out of town. The product is something I need for an event within a couple days and if I had known earlier that there would be a delay I would not have purchased. Is there anyway to resolve such an issue?

The only way to resolve the issue Stevee is to discuss with the seller. Do they have a friend that can access the item for them to make available for you maybe. Other than that, you would be within your rights to cancel the trade and buy elsewhere, but best discuss with the seller.
