Ping- How do I get paid.

Hi Julie. As long as the money is showing in your Ping account, it's yours and the order is good to send without delay. Check your Ping account transaction page for the transaction. Thanks Gary I can’t see any money in my Ping account. I’ve never used it before so am not sure how to check the transactions list. Any help would be appreciated.

I suppose the question is, if you can't see anything in your Ping account, how do you know they paid by Ping? If the buyer has paid by Ping, it will say so in the email Trademe sent you. It will also show on the sold item auction page as Payment received. Depending on if you are using the old website, the new website, or one of the Apps, what you will see is different, but links below to the desktop old website pages.

The Transactions page of your Ping account is via your My Trademe page, or directly here.. https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/Ping/Transactions.aspx

There is also a Payment methods page that lists your bank details for payments/transfers. https://www.trademe.co.nz/MyTradeMe/Ping/PaymentMethods.aspx

Hi Julie. I posted an explanation and links to the pages etc, but the post I made is Pending so it's not visible to you. Once Trademe have checked what I wrote, they will release it and you can see the information I gave you, or in the meantime, you may want to check your My Trademe page and follow your nose to the Ping section, and click on the What's Ping help link there.

Hi Julie you can check your Ping balance by going to the My Trade Me section and selecting the Manage Ping option then you will be able to see your Ping balance here

Don’t send anything until you see the payment in your Ping account depending on the value of the transaction sometimes Trade Me may take some extra time to verify the payment from the buyer. Hope this helps.
