Lost item

If an item that you paid for is incorrect so you email the seller and they send you the replacement and you havent got it so you request a track and trace and it comes back delivered but you still haven't received the goods and now the seller doesn't respond by email just wanting to know if they could chase it up or refund the money back to me where do i stand?

Yes the date and the trackinhlg lines up with the replacement part and it was nz post who delivered the parcel as we are on a rural road and its a closed box the mail man comes a bit before 7am and my partner picks up the mail at 8.30am and the parcel was shipped from chch nz post said it was delivered and should ask other people in the house hold and contact the seller as they said that the courier driver/mail man delivered it to the box so who do you believe and we live on a quite road too never had anything stolen for the mailbox before

Mistakes can happen with rural delivery also. Check the photo to make sure that it was your letterbox that the parcel was left in.
