Buyer are not getting my payment instructions email. I set up so TM auto sends
when buyer wins the item. Nor are they getting an email saying they have won!
Anyone having an issue with this?
I'm really tired of all the TM glitches

Yes we to have had the same problem and had to use "Place feedback" on their accounts to alert them to check junk / spam mail.
Seems to be a problem with Google and Gmail taking it upon themselves that Trade Me emails are Spam!
Which email provider are you with?

Gmail but they seem get at least one Trademe email so I think the fault is with Trademe.
I watch some of my own listing & went I relist I hardly ever get an email that the have been relisted.

Spark is also sending some TM emails direct to spam folder, from what I can see it's a constant repetitive thread being sent through that alerts the system to direct them to spam. - Individual threads seem to hit the inbox Ok at this stage. - Cheers.

Oh this sounds like it's a wider internet Communications system issue.
I wonder which countries our messages are been sent through?
Perhaps some of you computer coding and savvy people can find out from previous emails that did come through.

Trade Me are no longer sending payment instructions as the only accepted form of payment is Ping.

shortsbandy. Cash is still acceptable, so yes the payment instructions are needed. While TM only allow cash/ ping or afterpay as the payment options to be listed in the payment options on the listing, for many buyers and sellers, bank transfer is a preferred option and that info can be transmitted in the payment instructions. Also, pickup information is also contained in the payment instructions. However in the long distant past, the full payment instructions were sent to the buyer in the TM purchase notification email. Then TM decided to "hide" the payment instructions as much as possible, to drive buyers to ping or afterpay where TM earn commission. So often the route to payment instructions is either a "further information" clickable link in the TM email, and of course they are always in your won items folder on TM as long as the seller elected to have them automatically sent.
