Rural delivery addresses
Regarding "Rural Address Freight Prices," it would be helpful if the word "Rural" stood out to the buyers looking for freight prices, maybe in red. Time after time rural address customers select urban freight prices. I'm not sure if to they are trying to deceive the seller's or if they just don't read the price list carefully.

Not sure if you can blame Rural buyers as it's also a Postal service and Courier delivery issue and that of Templates.
Some of these challenges for us all go back to the era of Deregulation and Centralized of services which is when our Government signed contracts with Microsoft to provide digital services and we lost logic we had with Paper based Systems.
We too have problems with some, generally newer migrants, Post office staff not knowing locations as they don't have the geography Education us locals were taught at school in NZ.
Be understanding and explain it to your buyers.

Some don't read the prices correctly, some try to get out of paying the extra and for some it's because different courier companies treat some addresses as rural and some not. Either way, don't send it until they have paid the full amount

Kia Ora heavenent,
If you start your shipping off on a tier from Rural first down to urban it's suprising how many Members seem to be able to read shipping correctly and the right value is chosen from the onset - Cheers.
