Editing feedback
I need to edit a feedback. I cannot find the edit or remove feature even though I have not edited the feedback posting

This takes you through whichever device you're using - if you have no success a staff member will be able to make the change for you, it's such an important feature. - Cheers.

Can I please get a staff member to remove this neutral feedback so I can post positive feedback. Item sold 2 march to otodot

If you weren't able to change the feedback following the Help file you contact a staff member by selecting the blue speech bubble bottom right of your screen > in the following window select the text suggestion box 'Leave a message for the team' - a staff member will contact you through email once they've viewed your request. - Cheers.

You don't want the feedback removed (deleted) as once its been removed it can no longer be replaced. You want the current feedback edited. Also note that feedback can only be changed once
