Sorry to read your item hasn't arrived yet,

Did you receive a tracking number from your Seller so you can follow the parcels shipping? - If not have you contacted your Seller to follow through when the item is/was sent and requested the tracking number?

If you've paid by Ping or Afterpay you only have 30 days from when the listing closed to file a dispute report for Buyer Protection so you will want to make contact with your Seller and get a report filed if you paid by either of these methods. - Bank transfers/deposits you have 45 days in which to file a report though you're not covered by the Buyer Protection policy.
