Ping service fee charged to seller
Sold $20 each : Trademe reference KP-1029104 and KP-1026455, I only received $19.56 each transaction. Shouldn't I receive $20 and Trademe collects 0.44 each, from the buyer? Thanks

The current Ping promotion for % off Success fees incurs the Ping fee charge of 2.19% on sale and shipping price for the Seller - the Buyer pays a Service fee charge on the Listings also which is a separate additional charge. The savings for Casual Sellers is 5+% on all listings in the 2 Promotion categories.

Callum Community SuperuserIn addition to S's post, because your item was $20 or under, there is no service fee payable by the buyer. If it has been $20.01, they would have paid 0.99c
