Combined Shipping

Kia ora ptchevy, are you able to edit the listing to remove the combined shipping option? What's the listing number we can take a look. 

Hello Michelle, unable to edit, cannot see any uncheck or check boxes for combined shipping, I just ticked free shipping, the main photos are showing combined shipping, there are x2 #5778890538 #5778906408 Thank you :) 

Hello Michelle. This listing has the issue 5778890538 It has a combined shipping and free shipping banner on all the photos on desktop standard view. Banner is not there when photos clicked on to enlarge. There are no banners showing on the App (iOs) 

They have other similar free shipping items that don't have the issue. Eg 5778906302

Kia ora ptchevy and Callum, the listings not showing the Combined shipping banner are created on the new platform, where as the ones showing Combined shipping are created on the old platform. Anything created on the old platform with Free shipping shows as Combined shipping as well because there is no additional cost to the buyer whether they are combined or shipped separately. You're right Callum, the apps do display the listings differently, with the banners not showing on either iOs or Android. 

Thank you Michelle & Callum, I understand the conversation between yourselves, I am getting the drift, thank you, although the listing is long after the new platform was introduced I won't comment :) but all good, the IT guys should have had most things tidied up by now, amongst other issues.... no worries, it's not a big issue. keep up the good work!
