Incorrect Ping statements- Just a heads up

I have found that on both my business accounts that the Ping Statement when printed out for both Dec 25 and Jan 26 were exactly the same. The Dec statement was correct, the Jan 26 was incorrect. The jan statement Has Jan 2026 printed on it, but says it is generated on 1st Jan. I printed this out about 1st of 2nd Feb. It seems as though the system has now rectified itself. But this is just a heads up to all using those figures from 1st Feb print outs, they maybe wrong, so you need to check them.

Gary-NZStocked Community SuperuserThanks for the heads up bud. Checked and yes, mine was incorrect too and showed Dec value even though it was dated for Jan statement. Have reprinted and saved new pdf and made adjustment in my accounting software. Cheers

Same has happened again. June ping statement amounts exactly the same as May statement, ie Not correct.
You can however change the month in the dropdown box to May, then back to June and it refreshes and calculates correctly. The clue was that it showed Generated 1st June on it, when it should have said 1st July.
This needs to be fixed permanently so statements can be relied on.

Kia ora Gary-NZStocked and toolwarehouse, I've just heard from the team that a fix for this has been rolled out. It looks like it was a problem affecting the morning of the first day of the month.
