I am new to trademe and i thought i was putting a bid in but i accepted the accepted bid which was $24 it was mymistake i am going to honour the bid to find out its pick up only from Gisborne and im in Napier and i cannot makea manuel payment but a transfer my bad i did not read it properly how can i contact her ive tried e mailing but it said invalid email

An easy mistake to do when you are new. Place a feedback requesting the Seller to email you regarding the Trade - let them know you have attempted to contact their email address but it has bounced back at you as an invalid one - this will hopefully get a response for you. The Seller gets emailed with your email address so should be all good.

Once contact is established you may ask the Seller if they will send the item by TradeMe's Book a courier system - this will add an extra courier cost to your item though - the Seller doesn't need to leave home, the courier pick parcels up direct from the persons front door step - You may find the Seller willing to oblige as this is a genuine mistake though if not don't stress - we all learn as we go - Cheers 😊
