Postage not paid

You need to have shipping clearly on your auction, Urban and Rural, one reason for those offering Ping I just move, on too much hassle getting over priced shipping later,
Ask buyer to pay the outstanding shipping with a deadline, clearly stating you will not sent until shipping has been paid in full,
If not paid by (Date) and if it is over a week, no shipping paid, Just cancel the trade and refund the Ping Payment, give factual feed back as to why trade was cancelled, also Blacklist member so they cannot bid again when relisted,
But this is an issue that can be avoided, if you have clear shipping prices on your auction, simple, if they are rural and selected Urban, Just ask buyer to pay the outstanding shipping with a deadline, clearly stating you will not sent until shipping has been paid in full, buyers usually pay outstanding straight away, knowing you will not automatically ship,
as sometimes wrong shipping is selected accidentally as Urban most of time above Rural,

With shipping, dont let people play games with you. Your listings clearly say to be arranged. While they m,ay have paid by ping, that is without shipping cost, so just request shipping address then you can quote shipping cost. Never send before you have the shipping paid. Just send a reminder ever 4 days

Kia Ora nagel12,
Sorry to read you have a dispute filed against you and no response to your emails sent, it sounds like the Buyer may have changed their email address and not updated it on TradeMe perhaps,
Under no circumstances do you send the goods until full payment including shipping has been received. - What you do is take a file copy screenshot of all of your emails sent to your Buyer requesting the shipping payment to attach to your own dispute report, noting the dispute number on the email you've received from TradeMe will be helpful for staff to find the correct report readily. - Select the Blue speech Bubble, Bottom Right of your screen > select the text box 'Trade dispute' and follow the text prompts from there. A Dispute Team staff member will contact you once they've had the opportunity of reading your report & collating the information. - All the Best.

Just to follow up nagel12,
Have you seen if your Buyer has any listings running themselves which you can put a message through on asking them to check their spam/junk email folder for one from you? - You can always place a feedback notifying them the same. - Check your own spam/junk email folder also just incase one from your Buyer has gone there. - Cheers.
