Paying by Ping
I want to make a payment by Ping but the system tells me there is no money in Ping. This is incorrect. How do I make a purchase through my Trademe account using Ping ?

Just to clarify... you have money in your Ping account that you wish to use to make a purchase? - This balance shows under your Ping balance on the payment screen? - You've toggled the Ping Balance switch to the right hand side and you have the Ping box highlighted with a dark black border?

Kia ora dandydog, if you are following the great advice above from S, but find the Ping balance isn't enough, you can choose to "Pay with card" to complete the transaction. There's more information on our help page Using Ping.
