The best way forward here is to open a Dispute for the item. You can do that from your won page. 

I have three times left negative feedback nothing from either.....

Have you selected 'My Requests' at the top of your Post page to see what status it has? - You can click on the subject line to leave additional information or make an enquiry there.

I know staff are busy working through a heavy workload atmo' - I had a couple of requests I left through the Bot which took 4 days to respond to one, the other was 7 days. - Our messages left go into a queue and are prioritised in response. - This is not usual, normally responses are received in 1-2 days. Depending when you left your first message it will be making its way to the front of the queue now.

If you've filed a Dispute report within 45 days of the Listing closing this will appear under the My Requests also. - It's only beyond those first 45 days if a Dispute can no longer be filed that a message through the Bot is required to be left.
