Negative feedback

Someone accidentally placed negative feedback on my account.They contacted me to inform it was meant to be positive but they accidentally pressed the negative icon.I explained in two emails they need to delete it as it affects my account.They have not done so.I have tried contacting trade me to remove the feedback but I keep getting a error message oops .What is a alternative or next step to get the feedback corrected.The buyer did not specifically say she will change it ,but she did admit it was accidentally done.I have the email.

Send your Buyer the link below which shows them how to Edit this - Cheers.

I have allready informed the buyer ,she is not responding,I told her how she could delete her feedback.

Sorry to read that nagel12,

This is the direct form you can fill in for the Feedback dispute which will allow you to attach a screenshot file saved of the email you have showing the negative feedback was placed in error - Cheers.

Sorry to read that nagel12,

I'm on the Desktop site, Edge browser and have the 'File a Report' open up for me to complete in the Help file for Dispute feedback - I've attached the direct link to the form for you but it's gone into Pending status and am unsure when it will be released.

Where are you coming up with the Oops message? - If you're using one of the Apps can you try through the Desktop site in the interim?
