Kia Ora n0ttus,
This may depend on what Item category you're listing in, how long the listing has been running and whether or not you have pre-existing bids. - Some categories can't be edited after 7 days of first listing to prevent Members from attempting to bypass creating a new listing for a different item and paying the associated fees. Listings which have bids are to prevent the item changing from the original description which first lead them to make a bid. Other listings may be caught up in the current upgrade process and there is also a confirmed Bug in the system currently which is being worked on.

If you should be able to edit your listing can you or have you tried through both the Desktop site & one of the Apps?

Kia Ora jan410,
You've come through an incorrect Post - this one is in relation to Editing Listings not extending them.
You're speaking to other Members here not TradeMe staff, whilst staff do put a message through from time to time you can identify them by their badge tag which states Trade Me staff and gives the name of the Team in which they work like the example below...

Have you tried extending your listing through the Desktop site? - some classified listings can't be extended through the Apps as the Apps are a lite version of the Desktop site and don't yet have the supporting framework structure for all Listings. - If you are using the Desktop site have you clicked on the Listing to open it where you may find this option?
