Changing Feedback in the new System
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help. I’m trying to change feedback I left for another member and it’s still within the 45-day period, but there’s no option showing for me to EDIT it.
The feedback is currently negative and I’d like to update it to positive. I’ve been told this might be because the listing is on the new system, as the reference number starts with a “K”.
Has anyone else had this issue, or knows how to change feedback in this situation? Is it something only Trade Me can do?

Follow the Help file below instructions... if you still can't get to the features contact a staff member who can help edit the feedback for you - Cheers.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.
I’ve already tried those steps, but I don’t see any option to edit the feedback.
It seems like a staff member might need to help with this - could you let me know the best way to get that sorted?

Select 'Contact us' in fine print at the Bottom of most TradeMe pages or use the Link Below, select the Blue speech bubble to leave a message for staff to email you back during manned business hours.
