Changing Feedback in the new System
AnsweredHi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help. I’m trying to change feedback I left for another member and it’s still within the 45-day period, but there’s no option showing for me to EDIT it.
The feedback is currently negative and I’d like to update it to positive. I’ve been told this might be because the listing is on the new system, as the reference number starts with a “K”.
Has anyone else had this issue, or knows how to change feedback in this situation? Is it something only Trade Me can do?

Follow the Help file below instructions... if you still can't get to the features contact a staff member who can help edit the feedback for you - Cheers.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.
I’ve already tried those steps, but I don’t see any option to edit the feedback.
It seems like a staff member might need to help with this - could you let me know the best way to get that sorted?

Select 'Contact us' in fine print at the Bottom of most TradeMe pages or use the Link Below, select the Blue speech bubble to leave a message for staff to email you back during manned business hours.

I have the same problem.No buttons work to edit feedback.

Sorry to read the Help file instructions haven't worked for you,
You can now select the Blue speech bubble Bottom Right of your screen to leave a message for a staff member who can help change that feedback for you, should you go into a loop with the Bot at any stage just type 'Talk to person' on the bottom line so the Bot transfers you to leave a message for the Team. - All the Best.

i have tried that and it doesnt work on phone or computer.
there is no edit option and no bubble to talk either

What Browser are you using? - I'm on the Desktop site - Edge Browser and can use the speech bubble with no problem, it may be a case of updating your Browser, clearing your cache or an Ad' Blocker or extension you may have running.
Run through the Troubleshooting steps in the following Help file ...
Website troubleshooting – Help - Trade Me
If you still can't see the speech bubble to contact a staff member can you let us know the Browser you're using. - Cheers.
