Some listings not showing on my 'Won or 'Lost' items after auction ends
AnsweredEg - I had an auto bid on this listing below- not showing up on my lost auctions - it does not even show the final bid.
Eg - I won this listing and it does not come up on my won items. - It is very difficult to track your purchases and losses!

Are you viewing TM via the Classic (Old) Desktop site or the New Look site or one of the Apps?
Listings created in the New Look system can only be viewed through the New Look site & the Apps - If you're in the Classic site select 'Mobile' from the bottom of your screen page to view these Listings.
You can tell by the Listing number that starts with a 5 that they have been created in the New Look system.

Hi,
I can't see some items bought on won page using the web page version of trade me. This is an issue, because I use that page to check if purchases I make actually arrive to me. If it's not listed on the won page, and I do not receive the item, then I've lost money but do not know about it.
I pay trade me a lot in commission, so I am hoping this is not another case where trade me has failed to provide the basics, and has no plans to fix the basics (as in the broken shipping options and other issues with the fragile code base)

TradeMe are upgrading some of their systems which run the site, you can read further through the Help file below...
We're upgrading some of our systems – Help - Trade Me
New Listings created through the new system can't be viewed on the original website, - where you have missing items in your Won items selecting the word 'Mobile' at the bottom of your web page takes you to the New Look Desktop website which should reveal these missing won items. - The word Mobile could be reworded to New Site or similar to prevent the confusion its causing to some Desktop website Members perhaps.
The upgrades are gradual and continuous - Not in its final state. - The company are working on more structured shipping options currently. - Hope this Helps.
