Trade me account refund
I accidentally topped up my trade me account and need to get it refunded asap please help I've used that chat bot but not hearing anything back

I've just heard back from a staff member this morning 25 November 2025 from a submitted request on 22 November 2025 - they've been a bit busy of late, in TradeMe language 'Under the pump' - hopefully you'll hear shortly - Cheers.
