Refund request
I've accidentally topped up my account too much I have requested a refund and contacted the support team through chat twice but have heard nothing. How long does it take for them to respond. It’s not a small amount of money and I really need it please heeeelp

To check where your request is at go to the Top Right of Community or Help pages and select the My Requests link. - the subtitle bar will have a status marked at the end of the line. - To make an enquiry or add further information click into the subtitle bar where you can submit your enquiry/info. - You can also respond to the email transcript you receive after leaving a message for the Team Or go back to your original conversation in the Chat window to add to it there also.
I consistently receive a response from leaving a chat message the following day if not same day.
