Unable to book a courier - Area code issue?
AnsweredI have been trying to book a courier, using the TM in-house system which I have used dozens of times, but both my sold items will not book, and it keeps telling me either my address, or the buyers needs "updating", but using the NZ POST finder page, as per TradeMe's instruction,. it shows me both addresses are still current and correct. This is driving me spear, if anyone can shed light on this I would be very grateful.

Have you tried typing the address in Manually, as this usually fixes the problem, as sometimes it is the format the buyer has Typed it can effect the results, sometimes there may also be a hidden space etc. that we cannot see at our end in it,

I tried, and it just tells me to pick from the list.

Yes you select the address from the list when you type it in, it should be ok?, or is it still giving you errors?

still gives the same error, even when I select from the list. As I say, I have used the system dozens of times, but for some reason, it's being a pain this time round

If you are using a Box / Parcel, are your measurements in correct format?, cm's not mm's, and within size also?
i.e. 12.5cm not 125mm?

Yep, it's all correct. I went into my details, and re-entered my address, which hasnt changed in 8 years, and it worked. Go figure. Thanks for trying to help. I figured seeing as it refused to book both sales, it had to be an issue at my end. It seems weird re-entering the exact same address, and it suddenly works.
