Buyer phone number shows on desktop site but not mobile
I seem to be constantly switched between the old & new sites on a daily basis now. Is this a me problem or common for all?
Anyway, a bonus of this means that I noticed that I was able to see my buyers mobile number under the delivery details in the desktop site, but when I was switched back to the mobile site, it doesn't show the number.
Is this how it's meant to be? I like to be able to put a number on parcels when I send them & my assumption is my buyers want me to if they put their number in the delivery details.

Yes! it is unfortunately normal for all Members to switch between the Old & New Look sites as the upgrades continue - we are switched depending on which platform is best supported to help with the task we're currently trying to process. - In saying this some Members are permanently switched to the New Look for some features and are unable to switch back. - The help file Below explains what's happening.

Yes, I can't switch onto the new look on demand to check. I just use whatever address comes through on the email at the confirmation of sale, so I don't need to look at the delivery details on the website.
An alternative for you to try ferman would be to use the "print packing slip" link. This should give you the definitive answer as to whether the buyer wants their phone number on the package or not.
