Wont pick up item
I recently sold an item via watchlist, there were ten people in total. Anyway I had a buyer and they paid the next or same day, this was nearly two weeks ago and now they haven't picked up item and are no longer responding to my emails. Tomorrow it will be two weeks since item sold. Any suggestions and how long is too long to wait for communication?

Sorry to read you're in limbo with that Trade,
All Trades should be completed within one week of purchase unless otherwise stipulated in the Listing &/Or a time agreed to by Both parties. Buyers are to make contact within 2 days of purchase in which arrangement to Pick up the item(s) should be made.
What you can try...
- If they have any Listings running themselves use the Q&A section of one of those requesting they make contact with you to pick the goods up.
- If no Listings or you aren't responded to you can place a Feedback reminder requesting the same.
- If no response file a No contact report with TradeMe which is done by Applying for your Success fee refund - you will have the option to choose between 'The Buyer has not made contact' Or 'The trade can't be completed' - Selecting the No contact option a staff member will reach out to your Buyer on your behalf in attempt to get the Trade completed for you.
If TradeMe don't hear back from your Buyer within 5 days you will be refunded your Success fee so you can Relist the item(s) However as your Buyer has already paid for the item(s) you would have to refund them prior to Relisting.

refund and relist and place feedback.
or just hold onto it until they touch base again - but also check the junk/spam folders incase they have emailed you and its gone into that folder
