Hello Graham. Do you have a couple of examples I could look at?

Is there a way to upload screencaps?

Yes. The insert image icon. Or you could just list a couple of auction numbers (10 digits starting with 5)

Having a real frustrating time in TradeMe. In the iPad TradeMe app, in Firefox on iPad, Firefox on Windows - constant “Oops! Something went wrong” when trying to access community requiring repeated attempts.

But, I have no idea what you are using. Is it a special admin version? In none of the above platforms have I seen an insert image icon.

Kia ora Graham, when you go to type in the text box to make a comment, there is an insert image icon.

Other wise you can pop the listing numbers in a comment for help or contact the team at Trade Me using the contact us link at the bottom of the page and someone will get back to you during business hours.

Nope! I would have seen that. Empty box. As I said in a comment above, I haven’t seen that formatting bar in any version of TradeMe, on any platform.
The closing time discrepancy is only within my watchlists (except the car one). If I click on a listing in the watchlist, the closing date is correct.
I have the latest version of the app, on an iPad 9th, iPadOS 18.7.1.

Graham, the other way to add a screenshot or picture is copy/paste rather than upload via the insert image button on the formatting bar. Start typing a comment in the comment box here and where you want to insert the screenshot, switch to the tab of Trademe where you see the problem, screenshot the area you want, come back to the comment box and paste it in. Exact instructions will vary depending on what op system you use and what browser, but copy paste via keyboard shortcut commands is the usual way I do it when adding images here, or anywhere.

I can confirm that closing times are showing correctly on my watchlist on my iPad Graham. Is the correct general time showing on your iPad? Do you have it set up to automatically adjust it, and are in the correct timezone of Auckland? (Settings > General > Date & Time)

I can confirm that the exact same problem is also happening on my iPhone TradeMe app. Time is set correctly. Closing time within a listing shows correctly, but not within a custom watchlist, ie, phone, art, etc. Closing time in the ‘Cars’ watchlist shows correctly - that is date only, no time. It is clearly a glitch with the latest version of the iPadOS app. I have notified app_ios@trademe.co.nz with screen caps. There is nothing more to be said. Thanks.
