Were have ALL the feedback options gone ????
Can't edit feedback we place
Can't delete feedback we place
Can't place a response to feedback received.
Can't do anything after placing feedback unless you waste an hour going though the chat system and then emailing the feedback team AND Screen printing all the emails to send AND then waiting for a week for a result that say's ......"Sorry, this doesn't go against our feedback guidelines"

Callum Community SuperuserHello David. Have you been through the help instructions for this? It is different to how it was done previously. I haven't had to try yet as I am still on the old feedback page. But here are the instructions if you want to try. I think there are still some instances where you have to get Trade Me to step in and do it for you though.

With the temporary switch back to the Classic (Old) site platform for some pages I can get through to the Feedback pages on the Classic site again. - If you're still not able try going through the Member Profile link - Cheers.
