Courier says they didn't pick up package
Can anyone help me get hold of Trade Me about Aramax? I booked a courier with them, accidentally put the wrong tracking number on it and now they say they never picked it up. I believe they have it in some warehouse languising in a box with the wrong tracking number on it but they don't seem to have a system for lost items. Can anyone help me to try to solve this nightmare???

Donna, if they did pick it up, they will print out the label, with the number you wrote on package, even though it is not your number,
You need to track the number, as if it gets double scans, yes they have put a label on your parcel,
If that number is a number of another courier you have booked, you will know who the recipient is and where the parcel is going, so will need to contact them to get parcel back,
It will not be sitting in a lost corner, did you write the address on the parcel with the tracking number?,You need to contact Aramex, you have the contract with them when you booked the courier, not Trade Me,
Did you hand parcel over to the courier, or just leave it out for pickup?, where it may have been stolen?,1 -

Wouldn't you need to contact Aramex about this, rather than Trade Me?

I had an issue with a parcel that was picked up on 13th June. If you dont have a printer to print the label the courier takes it back to the depot to have a printed label attached to it. This can cause a delay of 24 to 48 hours. Nobody takes any resoonsibility for package until it is scanned into sysem. It took me nearly 3 monrhs and local MP to get courier to refund $15.76. They found parcel twice but lost it 3 times. Item clearly had my address on it so I beleive parcels clearly do sit in depits lost. Good luck
