S Community SuperuserHere is instructions Nancy,If you go through the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this, or any, TM page yes you come to a drop down form which is used for emailing TM Staff, however if you give the page several seconds the 'Chat' bubble will come up in blue at the bottom right of the page - if it is busy for you the que position will come up and I find this moves through to an operator quite quickly.If you type your message in before hitting the 'Start Chat' this allows the operator to reply with an almost instant answer or for further info' ensuring the chat session is a swift experience.I have just checked and the Chat is manned now - someone is available to take your Chat & refund your courier fee.The 'Live Chat' manned normal business hrs Monday - Friday are 8:am - 6:30pm & Saturday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:pm although please note they are running in holiday mode hrs atmo' until 4:pm through this week - if you find yourself in a Chat que for longer than a few minutes the que may have not switched to holiday manned hrs so best to end the Chat and try again the next day.- All the Best - Cheers.0

Email your Seller asap - As the Sender your Seller will be applying your address.
If by chance you get a Tracking number and the address is incorrect you need to contact the shipping company to notify address change - Cheers.

Aribo, you need to contact the seller(s) you bought from. Best email them, explain your mistake and ask them to correct for you. If you get no reply, you may be able to contact the courier company involved and ask them to do a redirect for you, presuming you have been supplied the tracking number(s).
