Help needed to open My Trade Me on my laptop
Hi can anyone please help me?
I can open all of Trade Me pages on my i phone but not on my laptop.
I am currently typing this on my laptop but when I click on My Trade Me it comes up with this
Hmmm… can't reach this page
It looks like the webpage at https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/my-trade-me might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
There is nothing wrong with Trade Me page as I can access it on my phone just fine.
I also can connect to other web sites on my laptop, just not Trade Me.

Clearing your cookies & cache may overcome the issue there, you may have redundant cookies in your Laptop Browser. - I'm on the Desktop site, Edge Browser on Laptop & have no issue connecting to the Home page link you've posted - Cheers.

Double check your Browser is on the latest up to date version. I can also just type TradeMe.co.nz in my browser address bar & it comes up on the Desktop site ok - Have you tried without using the https://www.
If you have no luck you can contact a staff member through their Live Chat - Type - Talk to person - in the very Bottom of the Bot window, below the text suggestions to be transferred through to a staff member. - They will be gone for the evening now though will be manned from 8:am - 5:30pm tomorrow - 9 October 2025.

It is funny that I can get into some pages like on here in the community page but as soon as I click on My Trade Me or Watchlist etc, I get that first error come up.
I will leave it for today and try again tomorrow. Thanks again.

Yes! I've had it the opposite way where I could Login to the Buy/Sell Home pages but not the Community. - A few odd things happening as this upgrade continues. - Hopefully this resolves overnight for you. - All the Best!
