Unhappy buyer clicks "buy now" on all current listings, what to do?
AnsweredSold an item recently, buyer was not happy and has out of spite proceeded to click "buy now" on 2 other listings I had listed. He/she has then left bad feedback on those as well.
I have applied for a success fee refund for both the listings, one was automatically approved, but the other one was put out to the buyer to ask if they wanted to continue with the purchase, to which they affirmed.
What am I supposed to do? The AI chatbot was not helpful.

Hello Forrest. This could be a "Wait and see" issue. Technically the buyer may indeed come through with the payment. Although if they have already left negative feedback without even paying for the item that's going to be unlikely.
You can either contact TM via Live Chat to explain, or get the feedback reviewed and removed by going here

PS: In the meantime, don't forget you can leave a comment under the feedback to explain what has happened if you haven't done that already. .

Kia Ora Forrest,
To Bypass the AI Bot Type - Talk to person - at the very Bottom of the bot window, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line. - K's advice is on Blacklisting is the way to go coming forward - Cheers.

No, do not leave feedback at this stage, if seller places a Red, Buyer can get it removed as it is retaliatory, best to just leave comment under their feedback explaining,
You have 45 days to place feedback, so it is best to sit back and wait until things are sorted, Trade Me may also remove the offending feedback from the buyer,
Then seller can place factual feedback within the feedback guidelines,
Never rush in and just place feedback, makes you as bad as the buyer, and it is your feedback that is likely to be removed, Always try and get things sorted first, (Code of Conduct)
But yes do blacklist the member
