Auctions disappearing from watchlist

Kia ora Sarah, Sorry this caused confusion – we’re upgrading some background systems that power Trade Me, and while we do this some features are temporarily unavailable for listings in certain categories.
Listings that go through our new system can only be viewed in My Trade Me on our app and new-look website.
If you're on our 'classic' site and can't see the listing in your account, you can select the 'Mobile' option at the bottom of the page to get to our new-look site.

Thanks for your reply, Michelle. I can hardly use the desktop or mobile versions of the website on my phone, so I’ve been using the app where I can. I do also use Bidbud for listings on the old system. The listing was in my watchlist on Bidbud (where I could not bid) and as displayed by the Trademe app this morning, and gone on both by this evening, and this has happened several times only to auctions that seem to be on the new system. Apologies if I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying

Kia ora Sarah, I've emailed you for a bit more info. Bid bud doesn't work with our new system, also listings through 'classic' have their watchers roll over to the relist, for listings on the new system this feature isn't currently available. It sounds like the is issue is possibly that the items on your watchlist have been moved to the new system when they are relisted.

Same thing here, on the iPadOS app. Noticed that only the items that had been relisted recently were in their respective lists, otherwise they were empty. They are still on the main ‘roll’ though, not so convenient.

Re: your email questions, Michelle:
Using Bidbud through Safari and Trademe app V238.0 on up-to-date iPhone, but it’s been happening for at least two months.
I know I can’t bid through Bidbud for auctions on the new system but it can still see them and add them to my watchlist.
As mentioned, I’m not using the desktop site when I’ve experienced these issues.
No VPN or ad blocker.
Most recently happened on this auction that I’ve discovered: 5519638526. Every single time, it’s an auction on the new system. It wasn’t a relist, it was a first time listing (afaik) and it disappeared some time in the last 12 hours of it being live, though it’s possible other auctions have disappeared from my watchlist earlier than that.0 -
I got hold of the seller. They report they can’t offer a buy now, seemingly as part of the same fault. I’m feeling certain it’s a trademe system bug
