Can't edit listings

Hello Sylvie. All listings on the website have listing numbers. Otherwise there would be no way to tell your browser where to go. Listing numbers are 10 digits, starting with the number 5. You will see them in the URL for your listing. 

Are you trying to edit your listing on the App or the Desktop?

On the app. And yes, there used to be visible listing numbers. Not at the moment.
And TM has acknowledged a glitch whereby I cannot edit a listing. Need to cancel listing and start again

Ah I see. I don't have android, but listing numbers seem to show OK on the few I checked on iOS App. 

Can you forward the listing to yourself using the forward icon? Will that bring up the listing number?

This is not the only TM issue with the so called uograde.

I too am having difficulty editing my pet listing. I cannot edit Or extend my listing

Hello James pet listings are a special case. They become uneditable after time to stop people reusing them to sell multiple pets. It is likely this is what has happened. 

I wish that was all.the problem was. Because I cannot create a new listing either...

What problem are you getting when you try to create a new listing? 

The exact same page as when I try to extend or edit. It just goes to the category screen, every time.

The list an item page.. But I cannot progress past the first page, even when trying to make a new listing from scratch. It just keeps going back to the List an item page..

That sounds like a cache issue there James. If you are on Desktop try a cookies/cache clear.

You might have to make sure you aren't being pushed onto the App when you are trying to list it (Can't list pets for sale on there) but if definitely on desktop instructions to clear cookies / cache on various browsers is here
