I'm on the desktop site but not A desktop. I'm on my phone. Unsure how to clear cache/cookies

The list an item page.. But I cannot progress past the first page, even when trying to make a new listing from scratch. It just keeps going back to the List an item page..

The exact same page as when I try to extend or edit. It just goes to the category screen, every time.

I wish that was all.the problem was. Because I cannot create a new listing either...
