Not receiving the passcode to reset password in Homes.co.nz
AnsweredAnyone know how I can get in? The reset password isn't sending a passcode (it's the right email).

You've definitely double checked spam/junk?
The chat bot doesn't say it has a human option but you could try "talk to a person" during office hours.
For a more convoluted solution maybe you could make another account using an alternative email address, then change your email address back to your original one.

At this stage you're best to contact staff via Live Chat here so they can get your message passed through to the correct Team. I've gone through the loop experience also and can't get back to submitting a request through Homes as the Chatbot has locked into my IP address.
Select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page, the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm- Cheers.0 -
