Cant relist Certain Listings (seems to affect pottery only)
Confirmed bugCant relist any pottery listings, relist button is there, but when clicked, there is always a technical error.
Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hello Ra. Probably related to the upgrades Trade Me are doing. This has been ongoing for nearly a year. Relists are problematic for many people.

A few Troubleshooting tips for you,
- Are you using the Desktop site or an App? - Have you tried through both?
- Are you on the latest up to date version of the Browser or App? - App updates are rolled out quite frequently so it pays to check.
- Try clearing your Cookies & Cache then reconnect to TM with a fresh start.
- If you are using the App try exiting the App altogether rather than just closing it down.
- If you're using the App try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
The current workaround, if you can't use the Sell Similar function, is to copy & paste your Listing details into a New Listing, saving you a bit of time there. - Cheers.

Tried app and website, no difference. Clearing cache didn't work unfortunately in this instance ,indicating this is an issue on trade me's side.
If it still doesn't work tomorrow afternoon I guess I'll report it to trade me so they can fix it at some point hopefully soon.
Yes I can probably create new listings and copy and paste, but it's very inneficient when I need to do this with 50+ listings, finding the correct images in a folder from 2 months ago and navigating 6 pages of required information

Yes! it is a very long process a number of Members are experiencing having to create new listings for these items. I believe staff are aware of the issue. It pays to run the Troubleshooting steps in the off chance there is a simpler resolve. - Cheers.

sadly you are not the only one experiencing this problem....
and for some strange reason many of the items i was trying to relist this evening met that strange "WHOOOOPS...that wasnt supposed to happen " excuse from the trademe system.
and to make it worse
after trying it again and later again and again
some items were actually relisted several times without warning...
i think it is time we write to the CEO, but he and the overseas owners of trademe seem to be quite happy with the earnings from house listings, cars and similar..
these problems are really getting worse by the day, and nobody is getting some real IT professional to deal with the system.
nobody cares it seems
