Disappearing Products

What is happening to "My Products" these days. This happens: I list an auction through "My Products" and it disappears from my products list. The auction lists but it is not in "My Products". You can imagine the consequences of this. Possibly the most problematic (and i don't know if this happens) is the product is forever relisted until sold. Or the product just is lost from "My Products" and will need to be rewritten. Either is an issue. And has happened to me one quite a few occasions. There are glitches in the Trademe system. It does happen in other areas as well. I have had things I have sold or bought disappear. Hopefully there are not "My Products" automatically relisting and costing me money. Has anybody else had this issue?

New Listings created in the New System can only be viewed via the New Look Desktop site or the Apps, if you're using the Classic (Old) Desktop site scroll to the end of the page & select the word Mobile, you should be returned in the New Look view where you can see your Sold & Won items.
In the rare event your sold & won items are still missing you can find these Listings through a search of the Listing number onsite which will bring the closed Listings up for you.
There are a few Bugs in My Products currently being reported, if you do find Live duplicate listings withdraw one so you don't end up with bids on Both items, unless you have more than the one item in stock. - Under the circumstance, once explained to the company I'm sure they will help you with those withdrawn fees.

flossy63 Community SuperuserI just checked this about 5 mins ago, I listed a folder of stuff last night, Just went to that folder on the filter "ALL" and Indeed nothing is showing, but if you filter to Currently Listed they all show, as do all the others on the menu out of stock etc,
It seems when it is set to all, it shows nothing,
Ok, have just gone and checked again on All as I got sidetracked awhile ago Lol!, as I was checking on other PC too,
and now it appears to be working as normal, on both my PC's Phew!!

Callum Community SuperuserHello Bruce. You will find these items WILL appear again on My Products. Just not always immediately. If you need to view them or interact with them between you listing them and before they appear try this. Go to "items I'm selling" then hit the little grey "mp" as shown below. If you didn't know this little icon kicks you into My Products with a landing page of the item you are looking at.
