How to migrate products from TradeVine to Omnivore

I don't use either Zhuoqun. But at a guess I would imagine it's a case of exporting your items from Tradevine as a csv file, then importing that into Omnivore.

I know nothing about omnivore. What is its benefit over tradevine which I presently use
