Aramex being restricted a courier option

Auction closed and item was sold, shipping was $4.71 with Aramex which I quoted to the buyer post auction closing
I went to then book the courier and the only options available were NZ post (odd, given 4hrs earlier, Aramex was available)
I went out of the listing and direct to book a courier, inserted the same address and the Aramex option at the price I had quoted was available
Glitch or is there a side arrangement with NZ post here??

S Community SuperuserKia Ora Natasha,When the booking system gets to it's daily quota for either courier service they will close down until the daily quota is cleared - this can be within 10mins, 1/2 an hour or even next day at times However for you to have tried booking through both ways one after the other it sounds like there could be a possible glitch or a Bug there, I would expect them to be reading from the same place though perhaps not? - If you can, take screenshots of this when happening & send them both into TradeMe staff for investigation - Cheers.1 -

No option Available to book aramex courier for tomrrow or the day after please HELP.

I'm using the Edge Browser, Desktop site & just trialed a Booking using the 'something else' option and can confirm both NZ Post & Aramex come up for me under both dates you've selected. - Can you try using both the Desktop site & one of the Apps?
- Log out of TradeMe & back in again.
- Try clearing your cookies & cache.
- If you're having no luck you could try booking through the 'something else' option like I did on the Desktop site.
