Shipping paid for but no label generated by TradeMe
AnsweredRecently I went to ship two items on the same day through TradeMe's "book a courier" function. Neither of the items were sold on TradeMe.
The first item had all the information entered, was paid and a label created, which I printed. When I went to arrange the second one, it took 3 or 4 attempts before payment was made, but no label was created, with the TradeMe website saying there were issues and to try again later. Can anyone advise what to do now, as the second booking was paid for, with my bank giving me a reference of "Trademe 4Rrq", this is the only reference I have.
I am now hesitant to go through the "book a courier" and end up having to pay for this item to be posted twice - as that would make the postage far more expensive than the item was sold for. Can anyone advise what TradeMe can do to rectify this situation and provide me with the courier label that I have now paid for?

Kia Ora Geordie,
If you've not been emailed with the Booking label you can cancel the Booking & Rebook the parcel. - You cancel with the courier company first, then you can apply to TradeMe for your Booking fee back to your TradeMe account.
You contact a staff member to request the refund by selecting 'Contact us' at the Bottom of the Help Page I've Linked you to Below to complete the form Or use the 'Contact us' at the Bottom of most TradeMe pages > select the blue bubble which pops up at the Bottom Right of the page > to bypass the Bot type - Talk to person - to be transferred to the staff line for instant assistance with this.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pm
