Book a courier
Are other people finding with NZPost, it won't accept the address, even when you update it to their address? I'm having to use only Aramex as they accept the addresses, NZPZost doesn't

I have not had that problem, I just use the edit feature it any problems

Have you tried through the Desktop site & the Apps?
I tested a Booking through the Book a Courier with success in retrieving both NZPost & Aramex using the Desktop site - MSEdge Browser. - If you only have access to an App type TradeMe.co.nz in your Device Browser to pick up the Desktop site.
Further Troubleshooting would be to Ensure you're running the Latest up to date Browser for your Device - Clear your cookies & cache. - If you're going through an App you can Delete & Reinstall the App.

Just out of interest, did you actually go through with the booking? As this gives the options of nzpost and aramex but will only accept aramex on confirmation

No! I didn't confirm as only a test booking.
To contact a staff member directly for assistance if you select 'Contact us' at the very bottom of any TradeMe page the Live Chat Bubble will Pop up in blue at the bottom Right of your Landing page screen, enter in the Chat window Talk to person below the Bot text suggestions, next to the paperclip icon, to be transferred through to the staff line.
The Live Chat manned hours weekdays are 8:00am - 5:30pm and weekends 9:30am - 4:pmAfterhours you can leave a detailed message through the same path and a staff member will email you back during manned business hours. - All the Best!0 -
Thanks, I got through to a staff member, they said send examples of listings, I said I don't have examples, it happens every time I try and book nzpost and has done for quite a while. So far I haven't heard back and that was about 7hrs ago. On another issue the staff went absent for several days, then asked me for examples when I'd already sent a screenshot 2 days prior, then no reply. I don't know what's happening but I'm not having any luck with customer support. They just either ignore me completely or ask for info I've already supplied. It's impossible, they have no interest whatsoever in helping

If you go to the Top Right of Community & Help pages you'll find a 'My Requests' - when selected all of your Chat & Dispute conversations will load, these will have a status at the end of each letting you know where they are at with each case - if you select one of them you can read all History of exchanged information, Add further input, Submit saved screenshots & Make enquiries. - I would copy/screenshot your earlier examples sent 2 days ago to this New Chat you opened today. Take note of further same issues over the coming days to Add these as you go. - Check in daily to keep the Chat open if not resolved, when you see the Solved status you have approx. 24 hours to add info' or an enquiry to keep the Chat open & investigated.
This is most unusual as no other Member has reported this specific trouble as yet. - All the Best!

I have 3 different devices & they all show exactly the same issue. TradeMe has no interest in helping, I'm lucky if I get any reply at all, well not lucky as they aren't interested in helping or solving the issue. I pay $100 every month to have a TM store & I can't get anyone to help, it's shocking, never known anything like it. The customer service is appalling This has been going on for months now, I don't know what to do
